Let's replace the complicated unenforceable KRAP with something short and sweet.
1. Finish the fence.
2. Throw all illegals out. A $10 per head bounty will work just fine to locate the ones the Feds can't find on their own.
3. Let the ones who meet current immigration requirements back in - after they've paid a $1,000 fine and their back taxes.
That's all it takes. A workable solution to a heretofore unsolvable problem.
