Will the boarder jumpers who apply for Z Visa status be given a voter registration cards at the same time or will they have to wait a day or two? They have to apply for SS benefits first so the DNC can send the proper voter registration forms.

They can already do that in Calif. by simply submitting their voter registration card when they receive a renewal of their drivers license. The State conveniently includes a voter registration card with every license renewal application.
