Yes, continuing to discuss the problems with Rudy Giuliani is wise. He'll be a bad Republican candidate. He'll lose the conservative Reagan Democrat crossover votes without which a Republican cannot win the election. He'll demoralize the types of voters that we need to retake Congress. If he manages to win enough non-conservative independent votes to win, he'll do a lousy job as president.
These polls aren't all that valuable at this point in the race. I've also seen polls suggesting that Mitt Romney has pulled even or passed Rudy Giuliani in South Carolina, but your site didn't list those polls. Finally, many people are undecided. If they liked a liberal, they'd already be in Giuliani's camp. They are looking for a conservative to step forward and take the lead.

Agreed. Along with discussing the vast amount of problems with Giuliani, explain why the other candidate (i.e., Paul) is a better candidate. Take away from one and fill in with the other.

Look, we got W rammed down our throats in just this same way. By the time the primary came around he had ALL the money and his only opposition was John Freakin’ Insane. I’m more and more convinced we’re going to have to go through a time of socialism, poverty, and chaos before we get a strong conservative candidate to vote for.
