In what way would this “generally anti-abortion” dem think is OK to put some modest restrictions on abortion? Why don’t they tell us the truth and say they will be against any law that might reduce abortion
I know it is hard for a lib to understand but if you teach a kid that it is a life inside them they will be a lot less likely to kill it.
The bill designates facilities that perform any second- or third-trimester abortions or more than five first-trimester abortions a month as “ambulatory surgical centers.” That makes them subject to increased regulation by the Department of Health and Senior Services.

They should have been classified as ambulatory surgery centers all along ,, so now they’ll have at least some oversight and have to provide a proper environment and safety precautions..
