I love the part where supporters of the bill, like that blow-hard, BOR, talk about how these "new citizens" won't be eligible for government handouts... Right... Once they're citizens, there's a little concept called "equal protection under the law," but I guess BOR is too busy shouting to notice.
This is going to be a disaster...

The Z VISA legalizes them enough for gov't welfare, medical, housing, food stamps and will be very easy to get
