There was an excellent article of the Litvinenko murder in the June issue of Popular Scince. I'm not positive but I think Andrei Lugovoy was named...IIRC they had a picture of him as well.
I'm not sure Pooty-poot will let him be extradicted without a messy...possibly deadly fight.
