Now that the Rats control Congress, I highly doubt that this program will be reauthorized. They will keep digging till they can find some excuse to hide behind. After all, they have to protect their education unions.

If it were up to the children and their parents, there'd be no question that the District's five-year experiment with school vouchers would be renewed for an additional five years or more.
Children and their parents should listen to their betters in the Teacher's Unions. Who do they think they are?
