I never said the hemet law was good, only that idiots ride without helmets.
I know several idiots that ride with helmets. It’s not exclusive.
The only idiots out their are idiots who drive cars and hit bikers when was the last time you heard of 2 motorcycles hitting each other? only idiots drive cages.
Back when I was a kid, I guess we’ll call it the Ice Age what with all the global warming goin’ on, just about every kid had a trike and then a bicycle to ride.
Then, we were told of all the injuries, especially head injuries, caused by kids having too much fun on these dangerous toys. Did we hear from all these injured kids? Did we hear from all the parents of these kids? NO!
We heard from the nannies that there was this epidemic of crashes happening. So, every kid was REQUIRED to wear a helmet.
Not only has the number of kids riding bicycles decreased, but the fun of riding (pedaling) is gone. All thanks to people who want to protect us from ourselves.
I don’t know about you, but I’m gonna die. No three ways about it. If I die on my motorcycle, thank God I was doing what I love to do.
