You’re right on Red6. Mexico is simply repeating Jimmy Carters Mariel Boatlift debacle in a very big way. The oligarchs that rule down there must roll with laughter at our fecklessness as they push their social problems over here in exchange for the billions of dollars sent there.

Judge Andrew Armatas set as $35,000 bond, which legal observers say is low for someone suspected of sexually assaulting a child. But before prosecutors had a chance to argue for a higher bond, Flores put up the $3500 necessary to bond out, and fled to Mexico.

And the Democrats don't want cops to ask "their" immigration status.

And Texas Democrats don't want them to have identification.

Well look at that. Illegal aliens can deport themselves. They just have to be given the proper motivation.

Where is the media ripping their mouth open about “Special interest groups” on illegal immigration and those pushing it?

My guess would be that the media (for the most part) IS one of those special interest groups.

What low, vile, despicable people our judges have become. They KNOW these vermin will jump the border. And be back in six months with new names and identities. And this hideous O’Connor woman runs about the country whining that people don’t respect judges. After we close the border, the next item on the national agenda must finding expeditious ways to remove judges who will not do their duty.

Those who think judges and elected officials are going to solve this problem are dreaming.

By the time they wake up, it will be far too late.

A Sheriff's Department spokesman says they alerted federal immigration officials that Flores might be an illegal alien, but ICE apparently did not put an immigration hold on him. Judge Andrew Armatas set as $35,000 bond, which legal observers say is low for someone suspected of sexually assaulting a child. But before prosecutors had a chance to argue for a higher bond, Flores put up the $3500 dollars necessary to bond out, and fled to Mexico.

Bounty hunter James Ness discovered Flores real name and tracked him to his hometown in Mexico. Ness says he provided the information to prosecutors, but there is no move to bring the suspect back to the United States. Ness says he thinks this case fell through the cracks, but he adds, "But the crack is huge. A lot of people fall into that crack."

I think bond is set low in hopes the perp will skip. This saves the local governments the trial cost, which I'm sure includes court appointed attorney, and they keep the bond money.
