Wow, the Swedes are viewing this?? The long-time socialist Scandinavian nation is airing this? It looks pretty bad when they’re showing this yet the US isn’t. Of course, with Al Gore here it’ll never show, but it’s good the Brits, Aussies, and Swedes are showing it. Let’s hope it keeps spreading.
I won’t be shocked to see Australia airing it as after all they are on the conservative side of the Western politics. It is Britain and Sweden that is more surprising.
But then you need to understand that there is a difference in treating subjects between US MSMs and non-US Western MSMs: among the non-US MSMs they will at times allow dissenting points to slip through admist greater biases from the hosts, but the US counterparts will try to block our all opposing viewpoints. Come and visit some non-US countries one day and feel the difference.
The shocking thing is that it is the Auntie (what our Australian friends call the ABC) airing it, rather than private channels like Channel 9, 7, or 10. It is akin, to Americans, the PBS showing it.
In fact, the Australian ABC is akin to the US PBS. This shows how shocked I was when I learned the Auntie is showing it.
(But then, the CBC north of the 49th also showed it, showing some curious things the non-US Western public service broadcasters do at times)
