They want someone new, someone able to heal the rift between our nation and the rest of the world. That bodes well for Barack Obama for the Democratic presidential nomination and perhaps for Rudy Giuliani for Republicans.

I'd like to see a survey on just how many of them would prefer to bike, walk or take public transportation instead of borrowing the car.

That will tell you how huge it is.
