The news media are running Behner’s breakdown over and over. He was crying about the folks lost at WTC. It was a bit weird. He wants to go after the al qaeda masterminds behind 911, but they are not in Iraq.
I think the emotions of everyone on all sides are not firmly rooted in logic.

al-Qaeda feels Iraq is their main battleground now. So I guess he’s right in a way
