The docs tell me working out on the eliptical is damaging my knees.......then again they say they do not have to send me off for physical therapy as I am motivated to work out. I can’t win either way. There is no easy answer.
Sorry about your arthritis. My Grand Mother had it so bad it finally killed her. It was horrible watching that women suffer. I hope you do not have that kind. Rheumatoid arthritis is a horrible thing to have.
