Possibly lazy, but hardly immoral.

Its not like these are rare devices and using one denies a handicapped person a vehicle. Vegas will buy as many as it needs to serve its paying customers.

While I wouldn’t try to stop people from using these things, I disagree with you that it’s not immoral; it seems to encourage sloth which is harmful to your character.
