Whats not being said is that the Canadian economy suffers from a chronic inability to create large numbers of highly intellectual and lucrative jobs. That to me is the main reason why wages for the high end jobs have not risen as much as they have in the US. Immigration is not to be blamed for that.
Wages in Canada, the U.S. and Mexico must be somewhat equal before you can have a NAU (North American Union). Watch this one over the years. You’ll see some drastic changes and more Mexicans coming into the U.S. Don’t be fooled by this, things are going to change fairly fast during the next 5 years.
