Yes, they get “probationary benefits” after 24 hours, not a Z-Visa. It probably doesn’t matter to the applicant. They get to stay forever.

Basically if the government computer system is down everybody is made legal until the system is fixed.

Maybe they ought to try that with gun registration--if they can't prove you don't qualify in twenty four hours you can buy as many guns as you like for the rest of your life.

I think all of us should apply for Z Visa’s. I sure as hell feel like an alien in my country the way things are developing.
