Production isn’t legalized, except for a small scale basis by users. I still have no idea why you fail to grasp that fact. If it is illegal to produce something on a large scale basis, prices will remain high. On any product, especially one with a large demand. If tobacco companies were hamstrung by the legal requirements that pot growers are, cigarettes would cost $500 a carton.

Oh, please. If you were allowed to grow only 3-4 plants in your backyard, are you telling me you'd have to sell it for $480/oz. just to break even?
