Yeah, I don’t really think they mean “civilian” do you? They are up to their butts in oil, why do they “need” a nuclear program. Funny thing is they have lived with Israel having “da bomb” for years and it hasn’t seriously bothered them nor has it tempered their inflammatory rhetoric. Iran looks like its ready to announce soon and everybody get jumpy. Could it be that the Arabs trust Israel more then the Persians?
