Ron Paul supporters gave Dr. Paul an enthusiastic welcome last night as he arrived at the studio in Los Angeles to be a guest on Bill Maher's "Real Time" television show. Some of those supporters received tickets for the studio audience and continued their enthusiasm there. Several staff members of "Real Time" said the support for Dr. Paul outside the studio, and inside as well, was as big a demonstration of support for any presidential candidate they've had as a guest on the show.
A big "thank you" goes to Bill Dumas of Dumas Productions who organized the show of support last night. Bill, along with Jason Stelzel, produce our videos and manage our Web site.
...yer correctness, i won’t argue...
Ron Paul=Pat Paulson w/o the logic.
Pray for W and Our Troops
I don’t think Ron Paul is a liberal I think he’s nuts.
These airheaded leftists like Maher and his audience can’t see past Paul’s cut and run ‘strategy’ on the war. If they were capable of understanding the rest of what he believes in, they wouldn’t touch him with a 400 ft TV antenna.
You mean they plugged their ears for his “most conservative member of Congress comment”?
They know this. And this war does such a great job of uniting Paul’s supporter that they don’t even care that he’d abolish the Department of Education, Energy, Transportation, IRS, Income Tax, etc.
Brief Overview of Congressman Paul’s Record
* He has never voted to raise taxes.
* He has never voted for an unbalanced budget.
* He has never voted for a federal restriction on gun ownership.
* He has never voted to raise congressional pay.
* He has never taken a government-paid junket.
* He has never voted to increase the power of the executive branch.
* He voted against the Patriot Act.
* He voted against regulating the Internet.
* He voted against the Iraq war.
* He does not participate in the lucrative congressional pension program.
* He returns a portion of his annual congressional office budget to the U.S. treasury every year.
Ah, the Bill Maher show: sneering at all that is good and pimping everything else....
That is the best description I have ssen of the jackass.
Why?
Ron Paul supporters gave Dr. Paul an enthusiastic welcome last night as he arrived at the studio in Los Angeles to be a guest on Bill Maher’s “Real Time” television show.
All 37 of them.
I have always supported Ron Paul and believe he is a principled man.
However, on these he was wrong.
Not that everything in the Patriot Act was correct.
