This is the kind of fool that ends up on our doorstep because every greedy service employer sends one of these guys to our homes to do contracted work, so instead of paying somebody 15.00 bucks an hour to work they pay them 7.50 and pocket the difference.

Yes, GW used the phrase “soft bigotry of low expectations” and it seems that low expectations is the mentation of patronizing the less fortunate so as to pocket more cash. The purpose of low expectations is greed and nothing else.
