You are being absolutely ridiculous..I mean..didn't you hear that dying of thirst is euphoric! Of course, there's still the lack of explanation as to how someone who is "in a permanent vegetative state and totally unaware of anything and unable to express anything" can experience complex emotions like euphoria.
