You must have bought your’s about the same time as I bought mine. I would buy another when the urge hit. The last one I bought was overpriced and really looked like it went through a war. I said no more.

I’m still waiting for that M1 CArbine. I think I bought just under the wire but I haven’t heard anything since they ran out.

I just purchased a Savage 93R17 BTVS (17HMR) to play with the prairie dogs. It won't be here for a few days. I checked out the cheaper model with the synthetic stock at the local SportsmansWarehouse. Nice action. The BTVS has a nice wood stock with a thumb hole grip. It's a little easier on the shoulder than the T/C Encore 30-06 or the Encore Katahdin S&W 500 Magnum.

I'm trying to avoid undoing the work my chiropractor is trying to accomplish.
