That was a biblical storm. It touched down at Belton Lake, tore up a marina, skipped over our home and Belton before reforming near Salado and ripping through Jarrell. That one still burns in the memory banks.

It was! I know a family who use live in that neighborhood in Jarrell. That was the second time their house was destroyed by a tornado. Their oldest son was a hero because he warned people who didn’t have a clue what was going on. Saved a few lives that day.
