This Memorial Day, we must do more than just remember the fallen. We must dedicate ourselves to sharing their sacrifice. Let us find the moral courage to match their physical courage. Let us re-dedicate ourselves to the principles for which our country stands.

I am not familiar with her, but I see nothing wrong with what she wrote. Am I missing something?

She is a hypocrite of the highest order.
If she’s gonna quote Lincoln, she should at least quote the whole paragraph:
“With malice toward none, with charity for all, with firmness in the right as God gives us to see the right, let us strive on to finish the work we are in, to bind up the nation’s wounds, to care for him who shall have borne the battle and for his widow and his orphan, to do all which may achieve and cherish a just and lasting peace among ourselves and with all nations.
Let us indeed “strive on to finish the work we are in,” “with firmness in the right as God gives us to see the right.”
I’ll buy that. I doubt she will.

actually to me....Puritan Yankees with their condescension and arrogance and sanctimonious self righteousness dovetail nicely with PC lib do-gooders.
