Going considerably further, the United Nations' Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change has urged a 60 percent reduction.

I would wager tha 40% of the global production of CO2 by humans is from respiration. Is that is all that is to be left to us? That we be allowed to continue breathing? Or does the UN have a plan for that, too?

I have always believed that Kyoto => Increased Unemployment => Increased Poverty => Increased Homelessness => Increased Crime => Increased Murder and Rape. Well George Reisman, Ph.D. makes a solid case that Kyoto will also lead to genecide. I would not be surprised if the UN has plans to prevent 60% of the population from breathing. Socialist don’t mind genecide if it helps them meet their Kyoto targets.
