The trouble is, when she says things like that, I trust her. But when Republicans talk about protecting gun rights, limiting government, simplifying the tax code, etc, I DON’T trust them.
Nice to see some honesty from the Clintons at last.

There is no mention of “the Arts” in this piece, but as an artist, I find it explains a lot.
Has anywone noticed the marginalization of the Arts on campuses and institutions (like PBS) as the leftists have assumed power over them. Does anyone recall, during the ‘60’s through the ‘80’s how liberals claimed heightened cultural sensitivity and literary fluency? Did you ever expect these liberals (so they claimed), once intrusted as caretakers, would consciously and deliberately destroy the gardens that nurtured our culture.
Here is the answer: Art, music, literature are the product of, and celebrate uniqueness, individuallity, talent and initiative. This is why the left (like their islamist allies) have always despised, and are now destroying these.
I think there’s a kernal of irony in this: the left/fascist outlook upon society and morality is essentially aesthetic. Their vision of the world is as a garden where all unruly plants are shorn or uprooted.
Think of Trotsky and Gramsci. And Chancey the Gardener, this is the left.
How do you define it? Be careful how you answer, we may already fit your definition.
Someone, and without much trouble, could put together a truly damning and incriminating slate against her agenda (as if we need one) just based upon her own VERY Marxist statements in speeches and increasingly detailed plans for the direction of her ‘Presidency’. I think that even the most politically apathetic and unresourceful would not fail to be disturbed by the stuff that comes out her mouth.
Her own ‘Mein Kamph’ has been a long time coming and is there for anyone to see who takes the future seriously.
