Ah, in other words, detention facilities = free public housing for illegals. Also, I'd like to hear from this administration what exactly constitutes as mass "migration" and when illegal "immigration" will officially be ruled as a crisis. Well if President Bush gets his way, all illegals will become instant citizens, so therefore no crisis!
