They allege Cockfield kicked the police canine numerous times causing the dog to expire. Sgt. Cockfield had been relieved of duty since the onset of this investigation.Makes me wonder how he treats suspects.

And people witnessed this and did nothing? I cannot imagine that. Do they not check the suitability of these police to work with dogs before they give them a dog? Unbelievable.
