These (Z-2 and Z-3) visas would be given to people not currently in the United States if they are related to a current illegal worker.

I wonder how they are gonna prove this one. Do they have to provide a legal birth certificate or will we accept fakes?

Children are smuggled in here all the time using the ID or the passport of another child
