My husband worked at GE for 38 years[now retired] from the GE aprentice program to drafting manager.He was treated fairly no complaints from this GE family.

It is most likely your hubby was always a “top performer” for them and I’m happy he enjoyed his work there. I’ve dealt with over 100 executives (at GE) through the years and wouldn’t give you two hoots in hell for more than 5 of them. Quite a few burned out from the pressure, and some were fired for poor performance. The track record for them isn’t all that it is cranked up to be, jus look at NBC for a negative example. GE doesn’t know what to do with that company and it is costing them some mighty big bucks too!
