They want to expand NORAD into a multiservice Defense Command. Also, open skies and open roads. I've read this thing three times and each time it only gets worse what they have in store for us.

Some of it's going to make you do a double take. Mexico talks about illegal border crossers and drug dealers, like they're coming from here to their country.

Has anyone else read this report?

It's the 'Z' Visa.

I haven't read this but I will now, thanks for posting the link. I remember hearing about this CFR plan but is was back during Bush 1 if I'm not mistaken.

I have read this report, and it frightens me that so many of our political leaders and candidates are members or former members of the CFR.

I am in favor of expanding opportunities through trade. I am not in favor of establishing a North American Community that would erase borders and create an EU situation in north America.

To that end, the Task Force proposes the creation by 2010 of a North American community to enhance security, prosperity and opportunity. We propose a community based on the principle affirmed in the March 2005 Joint Statement of the three leaders that "our security and prosperity are mutually dependent and complementary." Its boundaries will be defined by a common external tariff and an outer security perimeter within which the movement of peoples, products and capital will be legal, orderly and safe.

The CFR is a creature of transnational elites who have more in common with each other than with the middle or lower classes of their own countries. It's the same thinking that is behind the Wall Street Journal Editorial Board push for "open borders."

They don't have as much patriotic attachment to America as a country as they do to their own privileged lifestyle. On this score, they have something in common with lefties like the Clintons who want Americans to give up their sovereignty to a North American and, ultimately, a "world union" in which Third Worlders (as represented by their corrupt kleptocrat leaders) will have a much larger say in making the rules that Americans must follow in our own land.

Task Force Members Nelson W. Cunningham* is Managing Partner of Kissinger McLarty Associates, the international strategic advisory firm. He advised John Kerry’s 2004 presidential campaign on international economic and foreign policy issues, and previously served in the Clinton WhiteHouse as Special Adviser to the President for Western Hemisphere Affairs. He earlier served as a lawyer at the White House, as Senate Judiciary Committee General Counsel under then-chairman Joseph Biden, and as a federal prosecutor in New York.

That's a relief, sKerry's people worked on it. Now I feel better.

Oh, my God. CFR thinks we should call all these illegals...’trusted travelers’. No papers, go where ever you like, stay as long as you like, do as you please. Whatever. Insanity.

The CFR is the rathole club for the New York Rockefeller RINOs and socialists. They’ve been talking their new world order talk for decades. Their magazine “Foreign Affairs” is filled with whacko plans to, for example, harmonize all laws via the UN. They’re constantly blabbing about new world order this, new world order that.

The CFR members become dangerous when they’re slipped into various administrations to push certain UN treaties. We are today living under the UN’s Biodiversity Treaty, rejected by the Senate in 1994. Even though rejected, Clinton illegally implemented the treaty under the President’s Council on Sustainable Development by ordering the federal fascist bureaucracy to write it into regulations.

That’s why you read so many stories of land owners being harassed for filling mud puddles or being denied the use of their property to protect some jumping kangaroo rat, all in violation of the individual’s sovereign right to legally use his lawful property.

Clinton, Babbitt, Holbrocke, they’re all CFR toadies whose goals are to destroy US sovereignty and place citizens under the rule of unelected bureaucrats, domestic and foreign.
