"All this time I thought it required a male and a female. Who would have guessed it only took a lady?"

Do you know "today's" girls? They instantly send their boyfriends packing. The guys can't stick around if they wanted to.

You'd think the burn-outs I knew would learn someday, but no... they mostly stayed single- going out with their girlfriends every weekend, drinking and taking home whatever guys they met. Same old mistakes with them, they never learn.

Well the last time I checked, it took two to get pregnant. They may not keep the guys around, but they had to be there to start with. I am not saying it is the fault of either one, only that both are involved and both should take responsibility. I was the result of one of these relationships, and spent most of my childhood going into and out of foster care and group homes. It sucked. I blame my mother and father equally. I asked my mother what she was thinking at the time. Her answer, “I thought he was very handsome.” I don’t know if she knew anything about birthcontrol, but clearly, that wasn’t on her mind at the time.
