Maybe not a good idea to nuke Mecca. If we do that, in doing so, we’ve committed to a genocidal war to the finish with Islam. It would probably lead to the ruin of both the U.S. and of Islam. The rest of the world would outlaw both, and neither we nor that religion would be in any shape to do anything about it.
The ambitions of the jihadis will, if they can get nukes, lead them into nuclear attacks on everybody, everywhere. Russia, China, Thailand, they’re all infidels. London, Paris, Rome, Moscow, etc. etc. would be targeted as well as U.S. cities. In fact, London, Madrid, and Moscow have already been the target of terrorist attacks.

I agree. But, we would need to retaliate don’t you think? Maybe instead of a religious target like Mecca, we could level all Muslim cities with any kind of military base.

Islam has been committed to a genocidal war to the finish since 632 AD. We need to get with the program.
Happily there is a difference between Islam and the people in Islamic countries. Islam is a fatalist religion - crush it, and its practitioners have no choice but to ascribe their woes to Allah's will.
We can bulldoze every mosque, both great and small, and drop the debris in the sea. We can publically remove the Black Stone and put it on display in the Catford Sewage works. We can abuse Allah and criminalise Islam just as the British wiped out Thuggism in India - without having to kill every last Thugee. And when the Muslims complain - we just tell them "hey, this is Allah's will".
