I remember that HillaryCare juggernaut seemed as "inevitable" as freight train on rails, but was done in by the devil in the details and different coalitions. Maybe there is still a chance that this will not pass. Combined with problems GOP is having fundraising from individuals, if they will have problems with some big donors this may give many a second thought. Add the strong negative reaction from GOP Presidential candidates and wannabes, this freight train may still be derailed...
