Let me repeat myself.

If the people cheering really are disruptive, have them removed.

Do you see anything in this article mentioning them having the people that were actually being disruptive leave? If they were being really disruptive, have them arrested for disturbing the peace.

Punish the people who were causing the problem. Punish the people who's behavior was unacceptable.

Is that such a difficult concept to grasp?
