A small wooden boat with two N. Koreans inside was found inside the S. Korean waters.
(S. Korean) Joint Chiefs of Staff announced on June 2, "At 2am this morning, a small boat drifted 2.5 miles to the south of NLL(note: a dividing line on the sea between North and South Korea,) from 13 miles to the South West of Yonpyong Island in Yellow Sea. Navy patrol ship spotted the boat and towed it to Inchon."
They added that there were two drunken men in the boat, which is 5 meter long, and 1.5 meter wide.
They explained, "We attempted to send them back at the scene, but they were so drunk that we towed them back out of safety concerns. We will take the steps to repatriate them once the investigation is complete."

Booze does (occasionally) have a good side … unless they are stupid enough to return to NK. Of course, they could have families there and need to go back …
Considering what Kimipu will subject them to if they return, mayhap they will choose to remain in SK. Could set precedence, get drunk and hope your boat drifts south.
