I resigned from the Republican Party today. I told them why-Amnesty. Joined the “Declines To State Party.” I would urge all Republicans to do the same(Except the Kool Aid drinking Republicans, who are gone anyway). Such action may have sufficient shock value to jar the “Grand Old Party” back to reality.
OK. I was going to wait for the outcome, but what the heck. The RNC and Bush and the quislings have already shown sufficient contempt, so I'll do it this week, that is go to town hall and change my voter's registration.
I doubt it will have any effect, but it sure will clear my conscience.
They're consoling each other over in the Sunday Morning Talk Show Thread. I kid you not, some over there are having trouble getting upset about immigration amnesty because "I love him too much". Seriously.
If you go there, make sure you refer to GWB as "Mr. President George W. Bush."
