Carter dismantled our military,as did Clinton {to a lesser extent}. If not for the Gipper, the Carter aftermath would’ve been tantamount to lost sovereignty.

Also, Bush didn't singlehandedly create the illegal alien crisis. Every President and Congress over the past 30 years has had a hand in it.
