Carter was worse than Clinton. Bush may be too before all is said and done. There is no question that he is far and away the worst republican president of alltime. He may be bottom five in our history.
I think that if you take “lifetime achievement” into consideration, its difficult to argue that anyone could be worse than Carter. Iran, Iraq, Panama, Venezuela, North Korea...virtually everything Carter has touched, while in office or after, has turned to complete crap.
Clinton was a disaster, but Carter has been an albatross hanging around the neck of the United States for a quarter century.
Give Clinton a chance, though...he could be around a while.
