The European continent is committing suicide.

Last Wednesday, the decision of the UCU (Trade union of the Colleges and Universities of the United Kingdom) to call with the boycott of the universities and Israeli colleges was not only hypocritical. It was suicidal.

It is not only that the British prefer to boycott the Israeli universities that for example, the universities Palestinian, Egyptian, Syrian, Iranian, Saoudi and Jordanian, where the students are endoctrinés to seek the annihilation of the Jewish People, and the tender of Christendom by the destruction of Western civilization.

What do you think, Drzz? What is the viewpoint of clearly thinking people in France? (This is a serious question.)

“The European continent is committing suicide. “
They aren’t alone.

Which continent, which country ?

Oh, I see, Japan... Do you include the Middle East? But the Middle East is already a ground zero, they won’t lose many things.

Europe and Japan will.

I think Europe is lost.

We cannot defend people who dones’t want to be defended.

I will finish my studies here, and then move to the US. Or Australia.

I think I will go to the US. The liberal offensive there looks like me what Europe sufferred in the post-WWII period.

The USA are in the middle of the road. They can go ahead, like they always did. Or give up to the left and go backwards, like Europe did.

Do you know what liberalism is. Check out with Europe. Liberal press unchallenged. Anti-religious thinkings. Hatred for Jews. Admiration for dictators. Hatred for free trade and markets. Hatred for children (the new best-seller in France today is “why raising children is a costly, boring, unnecessary and painful process”). Hatred for the historical heritage.

Europe, or a liberal continent as its best.

I called it “the new nazi-grown Europe” :

Thanks, Drzz. But now I'm sorry I asked. I was hoping your reply would be different.

I have lived in Europe, but it's been a long time. Naturally, I have profound affection and love for Europe, especially Western Europe--France, Britain, Germany...!

But, like most Americans, I am deeply concerned about what's happening there.

The U.S. Left seems to have the same horrifying agenda that you describe: An unchallenged Leftist press that is nothing more than a propaganda machine. Admiration of dictators. Hatred of free trade and markets (nevermind that that's what's made it all possible). Hatred of liberty, freedom of speech, freedom of thought.

I've been hoping that we had a distorted concept of what's going on in Europe, but from what you say, we must not.

Aren't Europeans concerned???

How can they not recoil in fear and dread, if the future actually does seem so bad???

Where is the incentive to oppose a tragic future? To take arms against a sea of troubles?

Are large numbers of Western Europeans in denial about what's going on?

One can't help wondering about all this.

I wish you good luck! Obviously you can think for yourself. You will no doubt prevail. One of the greatest talents anyone can have is the ability to face truth ruthlessly, no matter what it may be or where it is to be found, and avoid denial and self-deception. Bon chance!

Savage Beast : the overall majority of American media is undermining the US efforts in Iraq.

Aren’t Americans concerned???

How can they not recoil in fear and dread, if the future actually does seem so bad???

Where is the incentive to oppose a tragic future? To take arms against a sea of troubles?

Are large numbers of Americans in denial about what’s going on?

As you can see, we are both suffering from the left. A weak conservative agenda is the best chance for the left to pursue its work of destroying the entire society.

The only difference between Europe and America is that Europe began the deadly game more than one century and a half earlier.

If Americans give up right now, you may be asked the same questions about “decline” in a near future.

“They aren’t alone”.
You got that right. With this idiotic “Immigration” bill, we could easily end up with over 100 million new people here “legally” including tens of thousands of Jihadis.
Bush has gone absolutely anti-American and should be impeached. He’s a traitor and is destroying the country. For the first time in my life, I fear for my children and grandchildren.
It’s time to lock and load.

Europe has been an on/off killing field for 1400 years since Mohammed graced us (/sarcasm) with his presence. There have been tremendous bright spots (United Kingom, United Kingdom), but they have been few (United Kingdom) and far between (United Kingdom).
