Because JR wants to go win championships, he has to step into a ride that already has top 35 owners points so he doesn’t have to race his way into every race. If this is the case, then somebody has got to lose their ride.

I am very happy that Junior is happy with his decision, and I will follow him. Bottom line, I root for him because I like him. I don’t care who he races for. It will be interesting to see if he keeps the 8 and Bud. Either way, I have an excuse to buy new merchandise.
I dunno if I’ll start to like Gordon now, but I don’t mind Johnson or Casey.
