Or even consider that it is much harder to swing from a cooling cycle to a warming cycle. Imagine that we blindly meddle around so that we accelerate a cooling cycle. What then GW geniuses?

Suppose that carbon taxes are widely enacted, but that the rate of global warming increase starts to decline by 2015. The political system might pressure scientists to provide justifications for the taxes.

Ha! Is he kidding? Once any tax is in place, the politicians won't feel any need to bother justifying them to anyone, they'll just keep on collecting them regardless of their validity or justification.

Thank You for having the integrity to speak the truth.The fact that certain (unnamed)scientist have jumpped on this gravy train global warming bullcrap is clear.These people put a pay check&thier own personal power trip above everything else.Anybody who uses a computer,weather thier the average guy or a PHD can find the truth if they look for it.But the fact is most people are just to lazy to look.They let others tell&leed them throuth there lives.
