I am white, born in the US, reside in the US, live in a border State, served in the US Army as an officer, my family have lived in the US for over 150 years, are all staunchly republican, upper middle class.

Now it is your turn. Are you and your family good Americans?

I am a Texan and a good American.

Since you brought it up, I can trace 16 family lines (16 surnames) in my ancestry who were living here during the Revolutionary War. One set of great-great-grandparents were born in Ireland, immigrated in 1851. One set of great-great-grandparents was born in Prussia, immigrated 1858. One great-grandfather was born in Scotland, immigrated in 1873. (Genealogy is my hobby.)

Because of your ID, I wondered if you have a close attachment with anything Mexican.
