One terrorist made continuous hostile attempts to evade the ground forces and refused to listen to instructions given by the interpreter with Coalition Forces.

Compare this with how the NYT handled a similar situation with the boat of AQ earlier today. In their description of events, they highlighted how the AQ's were fleeing. The Armed forces certainly got this angle of things right: they are NOT fleeing, they are evading engagement with our Soldiers.
