A Shrewsbury man paroled last year from a 1996 manslaughter conviction has been indicted on charges related to an April 21 shooting that left a 13-year-old boy paralyzed.
What the heck was he even doing out of prison /jail for if he had already been convicted of a murder? They ought to stop molly coddling these freaks and KEEP them in there once they have them and stop letting them out to hurt others.
