Cindy got honorariums for speeches, she authored several books and she got insurance money when her son was killed in action.
I thought nobody bought her books. Remember the pictures of the “book signings?”
And her “books” looked like paper pamphlets!
I don’t think any of them sold very well. The hardback book probably did the best because she did a professional book tour for it.
