What are the odds that Kelsey Smith is the first young girl that Edwin Hall has murdered? He was BOLD, (broad daylight) SCARY and it appeared he knew exactly how to do what he did. You just never know, he could be the next Ted Bundy.

BELTON, Mo. - Overland Park investigators said they were not ruling out a possible connection between the abduction and murder of Kelsey Smith and a missing teen from Cass County.

Kara Kopetsky, 17, was last seen on May 4th.

Overland Park Police Chief John Douglass said they were investigating all possible angles of the case and would provide Belton Police with any necessary resources.

A web site has been launched to assist in efforts to find Kopetsky.

i have a few “friends” on the force and “rumor” is that they are looking at two homicides of young girls in wichita, and Kara as possible victims of Hall. The moving around from state to state is very strange for a young family that doenst seem to have a lot of money it does seem suspicous to me
