Some obits are written before deceasement takes place...let’s save the backslapping and high 5’s until the dirt is piled on the casket. I wouldn’t put it past some congress critters to slip it into another bill.

I agree, Kennedy doesn’t give up easily. W still needs to be straightened out on this issue.
