Perfectly stated! I don’t want a girly-man but I don’t want a cave man with no consideration for my wants and feelings either.
CEO, CFO, COO, CIO, etc.
That would certainly not surprise.
Right. I actually had to google for definition.
lol. . .and yes. . .would say Omega wins. . .;^)
The biggest problem with tree houses is that there is no way to get used to the view from the ground when you climb down.
Your change is in the mail.
That’s a Dianobol Female... ;)
I don't know about anyone else, but situations like that, IMO, make both parties look stupid. I don't understand why women who come off as borderline retarded would be desirable to men (well, for anything beyond a one-night stand).
And I can't figure out why a man would want to marry and breed with a woman who was helpless and stupid--or even one who was good at playing helpless and stupid.
If I were young enough to have children, I certainly wouldn't pick a male bimbo to father my children... I'd be choosing the guy because, at least in part, I thought he was good genetic material. And while I agree that physical attraction is a part of it, I'd have to have an intelligent and competent man.
No they don't. There is a reason there are two sexes. An alpha sex and a beta sex.
Alpha-women and Beta-men go against the natural order of things and suffer from confused gender identities -- either due to social conditioning or hormonal imbalances. They do not pair bond well with normal members of the opposite sex and so tend to remain single.
I am an α-male. Why the heck would I want to date another wanna-be guy ?
I cannot tell you how many women now in their 40s and 50s, who in their 30s said the exact same thing as Mz Sarah Churchwell, and now openly admit they regret not having children.
I am sure there are some that don’t, but most I have met that were so sure before the clock ran out, sing a different tune after its too late.
I don’t think her overall point is a gag alert, its pretty spot on. A driven person will never be happy long term with a lazy one...Relationships among unequals rarely last.
I don’t agree with much of her logic getting to that point, but her conclusion isn’t wrong.
Hahahahah.. and Bill Gates, even with all his money had to go and marry someone who worked for him.... You aren’t exactly proving a point with that analogy... or at least not the point you are trying to.
Well let me take back what I said in an earlier post above. They do rock. Imagine a woman who makes piles of dirty dishes disappear from the sink, vacuums/mops the floor, cooks hot meals, takes the trash out, washes the car..all in a matter of minutes. And when she is done she lays in bed waiting ! Now that's what I call an alpha-woman - a woman who's more efficient at her job than a beta woman .
No, he's going to marry the art history major sorority gal, keep her for awhile, and then trade her in for a newer model art history major sorority gal.
Depends on what he wants and where he lives. In my experience, a gal’s got to bring something more to the party than knowing who Caravaggio was...
That would be my wife. : )
I'd be lost without her.

You may have meant sarcasm here....but that’s my wife...i won’t trade her in....i work some pretty long hours myself...as far as financial needs...she’s taken care of.
