You are confusing voting records with smarts. If you had been raised in that environment, you would probably have voted the same way also - same as me. It takes education and incentives to break free of the welfare mentality that LBJ has foisted on the poverty stricken of our nation. "The Great Society" program helped fragment black families and put the yoke of governmental assistance on their neck. What we/they needed is a job program/incentives to keep jobs here instead of taxing/litigating them overseas.
